Colleen has been with the Lindsay & District Chamber of Commerce for over 7 years, first as the Membership/Administrative Officer and most recently, has recently celebrated her first year as our Executive Director. Having amassed over 25 years of strategic marketing, sales, and communications experience, she is a Regional Tourism Ambassador with Kawarthas Northumberland (RTO8) and also sits on their Board of Directors. In her role as Executive Director with the LDCC she is also a member of both the Omemee and Lindsay Downtown Revitalization Working Groups. Colleen brings to the Chamber a wealth of knowledge and passion for the Kawartha Lakes Community.
We’d like to introduce our amazing summer student, born and raised in the City of Kawartha Lakes, Jaycee Philips! This will be Jaycee’s second summer with us, as our Tourism Administrative Assistant. Jaycee currently studies Marketing & Accounting at St. Lawrence College in Kingston. She brings with her area knowledge, professionalism, and many years of customer service! Miranda joined the Lindsay & District Chamber of Commerce in June 2017 as Administrative Assistant. After just 7 months she accepted the position of Administrative Officer. She is our key point person in the LDCC Office with over 10 years of proven, excellent customer service. As a graduate of Loyalist College and a lifelong resident of Kawartha Lakes, Miranda brings area knowledge, professionalism, and a ‘roll up your sleeves can do attitude’ to everything she does.
